1. Services Provided

Rollin VIP Transportation provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and community mobility services only.

We do not provide:

- Emergency transportation

- Ambulance services

- Medical treatment or clinical care

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you must call 911 or local emergency services immediately.


2. Ride Requests & Scheduling

- Submitting a ride request does not guarantee service.

- All rides are subject to availability, scheduling confirmation, service area limitations, and operational capacity.

- Ride details must be confirmed by Rollin VIP Transportation before service is considered scheduled.

- Same-day or last-minute requests may not be available.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact information.


3. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers and requestors agree to:

- Be ready at the scheduled pickup time

- Provide accurate and complete information

- Disclose mobility or accessibility needs in advance

- Follow driver instructions related to safety

Rollin VIP Transportation reserves the right to refuse service if safety concerns arise or if information provided is inaccurate or misleading.


4. Cancellations & No-Shows

- Cancellations should be made with reasonable advance notice.

- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or service restrictions.

- Specific cancellation policies may be communicated at the time of confirmation.


5. Payments & Billing

- Pricing, payment method, and billing arrangements are confirmed after review of the request.

- Payment details are not collected through the initial ride request form.

- Failure to complete payment arrangements may result in cancellation of service.

Rollin VIP Transportation reserves the right to update pricing and payment policies as needed.


6. Companion & Escort Policy

- One caregiver or escort may accompany a passenger when approved in advance and space allows.

- Escorts must follow all safety and conduct guidelines.

- Additional passengers may be subject to approval and availability.


7. Safety & Conduct

For the safety of all passengers and drivers:

- Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated

- Drugs, alcohol, and illegal substances are prohibited

- Seatbelts must be worn when required by law

Rollin VIP Transportation may refuse or discontinue service if conduct poses a safety risk.


8. Privacy & Information Use

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We collect only the information necessary to provide services, respond to inquiries, and communicate regarding transportation or partnerships.


9. SMS & Communication Consent

By providing your phone number and consenting to communication, you agree to receive calls, emails, and/or text messages related to:

- Ride requests

- Scheduling updates

- Service confirmations

- Inquiry follow-ups

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying
STOP.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of service.


10. Limitation of Liability

Rollin VIP Transportation is not liable for:

- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

- Missed appointments due to inaccurate information or late readiness

- Items left behind in vehicles

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.


11. No Medical Responsibility

Rollin VIP Transportation is not a healthcare provider.
We do not diagnose, treat, or monitor medical conditions. Any health-related information shared is used solely for transportation coordination.


12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
